Welcome to Tonton Gibon's , a bistro where people come first and foremost to have a good time.

Our idea is simple: to create a bistro where you immediately feel at ease. A lively, warm and unpretentious place, where you can come for a drink with colleagues, share a few plates as a couple, or have a real feast with friends or family.

Because ultimately, the best meals are often those that are shared.

At Tonton Gibon, we want you to enjoy your food as much as your drink.

Our cuisine is entirely homemade and follows the rhythm of the seasons. We start with recipes that everyone knows, before revisiting them in our own way, without ever altering their essence.

In the evening , our menu is designed around sharing : plates to share, generous platters, or beautiful cuts of meat to enjoy together. At lunchtime , we offer a set menu of starter, main course, and dessert , with a chalkboard menu that changes regularly depending on the seasonal produce and the chef's inspiration.

And what about the drinks? We give them just as much importance as the food on our plates. All our draft beers come from a craft brewery in the Yvelines region . Our wine selection changes with the seasons and our latest discoveries, as does our cocktail menu . And let's not forget our selection of non-alcoholic drinks , including several house creations, so there's something for everyone.

We prioritize carefully selected products , French meats and seasonal ingredients.
